Ordering Information: Method of Payment:
On-line orders may now be placed on our new secure site by clicking here or via fax, email, regular mail, or phone. If ordering by fax or regular mail, please complete the order form and send it to us. Phone orders may be left at 231-941-4423. If you have a question, leave your number and we will return your call as soon as possible. Place an email order here. Since emailing is not secure, we do not recommend that you email credit card information. If you wish to email your order, please call your credit card info to 231-941-4423 (type of card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express; account number; expiration date; and your full name and billing address). Credit card orders will be sent out DHL Ground (usually cheaper than UPS) within 24 hours. All other orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment. If you prefer another method of shipment, please let us know. Please contact us for shipping charges. We usually ship DHL Ground Service. We have found it to be considerably cheaper than UPS. Return Information: If you need to return any item, please let us know what you are returning, why you are returning it, and what you would like us to do. We are unable to return any "special" order items. Shipping charges are also not refundable. |
